Healing Stewed Apples

ingredients:
6 apples
2 tsp. of cinnamon
Coconut yogurt to serve
How to make the apples:
Peel and core 6 apples and chop
Put the apples with 2 tsp. of cinnamon and 1/2 a cup of water in a covered pan and boil for about 15 min until soft
They can be eaten warm or cold with some coconut yogurt
