DELIVERY INFORMATION

UK MAINLAND ONLY

  • Tracked Express Delivery - FREE (1-3 working days)

  • Orders placed after 8am on a working Monday to Thursday, or any time on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered in 3-5 working days time from when the order was placed.

  • You will receive a tracking code via email and / or SMS to allow you to track your package to your door.

  • Please note: We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND AND EUROPE

  • Tracked Delivery (DPD or DHL) - £30 on all orders (8-10 working days)

  • Please allow a few extra days for your order to pass through customs.

  • Brexit Update – you might be required to pay import duty and local sales tax/ VAT on delivery. Please check before ordering with your custom office.

REST OF THE WORLD

We are pleased to say that we deliver globally. We accept orders by email kat@skinbykatbuckley.com only. Please email us for a delivery quote. 

PLEASE NOTE

  • If you have selected an item that is not in stock, we will try to contact you as quickly as we can. We will try to do this within 24 hours.

  • Should any delays or unforeseen problems occur you will be notified immediately.

  • We are not liable for any difficulties arising from the service provided by DPD or DHL delivery company.

  • Delivery will require a signature when it is delivered, so please ensure there will be someone available to sign for the parcel.

  • You might receive 2 parcels, we have different warehouses.

  • All goods are sent out in secure packaging, however they can be damaged we will replace goods damaged in transit, provided we are notified within 24 hours of delivery, by email kat@skinbykatbuckley.com.

  • We will replace faulty or defective goods or items sent in error, provided we are notified within 7 days of delivery by email.

  • If you do not receive your order within 8-10 working days, you must contact us and we will investigating the matter.

  • We will not be held liable for any loss caused by you entering your address incorrectly into the website or failing to collect a parcel within the courier’s time-frame or not being present when the parcel is delivered.
