Gluten & dairy free chocolate cake

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Eggs

  • 1/2 cup of honey

  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

  • 1 cup ground almond flour

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

How to make the cake

  • Mix eggs, honey, and vanilla extract.

  • Add almond flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.

  • Pour batter into a non stick baking tin.

  • Bake until center is set, insert a toothpick to test, 30-35 min.

  • Cool cake to room temperature, then serve.
