Gluten & dairy free chocolate cake
INGREDIENTS
4 Eggs
1/2 cup of honey
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1 cup ground almond flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
How to make the cake
Mix eggs, honey, and vanilla extract.
Add almond flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
Pour batter into a non stick baking tin.
Bake until center is set, insert a toothpick to test, 30-35 min.
Cool cake to room temperature, then serve.
