  • Onion contains a considerable amount of Sulfur, which is a beautifier because it cleanses the liver and skin.

  • Garlic contains Allicin which helps to kill the bacteria causing acne. It also helps to reduce swelling and inflammation, and improve blood circulation in the skin.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Organic Cucumber

  • 6 big Organic ripe Tomatoes

  • 1/2 red Organic Onion

  • 1 Organic Celery stick

  • 1 deseeded Organic Red Pepper

  • 1 Slice of Sourdough bread

  • 1/2 a clove of Organic Garlic

  • 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive

  • 2 big pinches of Himalayan Salt

  • 1 pinch of Pepper

  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic Vinegar

How to make the soup:

  1. Puree the soup in a food processor or blender until smooth

  2. Chill the soup in a sealed container in the refrigerator for a few hours

  3. Serve the soup with a drizzle of olive oil or with your favourite garnish
