Kat’s Healthy Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 200g ground almond

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tbsp of linseed and flaxseed

  • 180ml almond milk

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil

How to make the PANCAKES

  • Mix all the ingredients together.

  • Put the batter in the fridge for 20 minutes.

  • Fry individual pancakes until golden brown in coconut oil.

  • Sprinkle some nuts, honey and berries over the top.
