Kat’s Healthy Pancakes
Ingredients
200g ground almond
2 eggs
2 tbsp of linseed and flaxseed
180ml almond milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp of coconut oil
How to make the PANCAKES
Mix all the ingredients together.
Put the batter in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Fry individual pancakes until golden brown in coconut oil.
Sprinkle some nuts, honey and berries over the top.
